    On March 8, Meetfuture Technology organized a themed training session titled “Leadership Series: Applying Negotiation Skills in Management.”


    Through structured instruction, interactive discussions, and practical case studies, participants strengthened their understanding of effective communication while further developing their collaboration and decision-making capabilities in complex business environments.


    More than a professional training session, the program represented another important step in Meetfuture Technology’s continued investment in organizational capability building and talent development during a period of rapid growth.

    A Professional Perspective: Understanding Negotiation and Cooperation Through Strategic Thinking

    Professor Wang Luo was invited to lead the program.


    Professor Wang currently teaches Executive Education courses at the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and negotiation courses at China Europe International Business School. He has also taught courses such as Decision-Making and Game Theory and Leadership and Negotiation at EU Business School and the University of Wisconsin in the United States.


    He completed his doctoral studies under the supervision of renowned economist Yang Xiaokai and has an extensive academic background in strategic thinking and decision theory.

    Throughout the course, Professor Wang drew on real-world business scenarios to explain the practical role of negotiation in corporate management and commercial cooperation.


    Through case analysis and the breakdown of negotiation strategies, participants gained a deeper understanding of how negotiation can support management decisions and help businesses achieve more effective collaboration.


    Within complex industrial ecosystems, successful partnerships depend on more than technological capabilities. Companies must also use rational communication and structured methods to identify solutions that can be accepted by all parties.

    During the discussions, participants examined stakeholder interests and strategic choices from the perspectives of different roles. They also explored more effective communication approaches and potential models for cooperation.

    The program took place on International Women’s Day. To mark the occasion, female participants received personally signed copies of Professor Wang Luo’s book, Moving to a Higher Dimension: Decision-Making Games in an Age of Uncertainty.


    Professor Wang wrote a personalized message in each copy and exchanged ideas with the participants, bringing an additional sense of warmth and significance to the professional learning experience.
